Cade, Inc. was established in 1991. We currently have three Project Managers/Superintendents: Dan Bland, Winston Bland and Brandon Hafner. We have a Field Supervisor: Oliverio Garcia who oversees our field labor force. Kelley Mullins is our Office Manager. Ashley Davis is our Project Coordinator, whose main function is to coordinate between our superintendents and our customers to create weekly updates and keep all projects on schedule. Our office is located 15 minutes north of Raleigh in Youngsville, NC. We have a full complement of proven subcontractors with whom we have an established mutual trust, as well as, long term working relationships. Our mission is “to provide quality buildings, safely, in an expeditious manner, while keeping customer satisfaction paramount.” Our main goal is for the construction experience to be enjoyed by both the customer and Cade. In the end, our desire is that all involved are happy and pleased with a structure that everyone is proud of, and will be a great addition to the community. We want to be different from most general contractors, in that we try to avoid misunderstandings of what the customer wants and what the GC is providing; which can then lead to change orders, consequently causing time delays, and a lack of professionalism on the part of the general contractor. Our basis for sustaining future work is repeat business. Ninety percent of the work we are doing right now is for people we have done work for before. We would not be at the magnitude we are now if we did not have the confidence, trust and satisfaction of those customers and their referrals.

While we have had an excellent safety record in the past, in 2009 we have made it our goal to expand our safety program and have retained East Coast Risk Management to further bolster our safety initiative with independent oversight of our safety program.
